Blown fiber Major regions in the world use plastic microduct bundles for underground construction and blown fibers in single tubes to specific/individual customer buildings. Typical applications normally use 4, 6 and 12F per building. Those fibers are spliced in the building entry point and distributed to the apartments. The smart cabin is the central element for distributing the high fiber count cables from the central office to single microducts and vice versa.
